Your First Visit

Welcome to the Cloverdale Family Chiropractic & Wellness Centre!

Congratulations on taking your first step toward True Health!

When you arrive you will be greeted and given a tour of the office to ensure you are familiar with the facility and feel comfortable.

Initially you will be seated in the reception area to fill out some brief paperwork.

When your case history is complete you will be taken to the consultation room. Dr. Sly will go through the necessary procedures for your specific case as well your insurance or payment responsibilities right up front.

At that point Dr. Sly will review your case history with you in detail so that he will know everything he needs to know about your case.

Following your case history you will go through a thorough examination focusing on your spine and nerve system.

All necessary x-rays (if needed) will be taken following your examination

Following your x-rays you will be escorted to front desk to make your next appointment. This will give Dr. Sly time to analyze your x-rays and exam results and prepare your report of findings.

On your second visit you will immediately see a video on chiropractic and x-ray so that when we review your x-rays you will better understand them.

At this point Dr. Sly will discuss with your report with you, go over his recommendations and answer any questions you may have. Once all your questions are answered we will begin your care.
